If something doesn’t work out, don’t worry. We’re here to make the process as smooth and
stress-free as possible.
This policy applies to all orders, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Refunds (Delivered Orders)
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Refunds are issued minus original shipping fees
- Returns are processed after inspection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 banking days
- Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed on our end
Exchanges (Flexible & Easy)
Need a different size or style? No problem!
- We’ll typically send your replacement item first before requiring the original item to be returned
- This helps you get your perfect fit faster
- Because of this, exchanges may be accepted beyond the 14-day window in some cases
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Applies to both refunds and exchanges
- We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee returns without tracking
Change of Mind, Cancellations & Order Changes
Before Shipping
- You may request a full refund (including shipping) anytime before your order ships
- For subscriptions, this is typically before you receive your tracking link (usually between the
1st–15th of the month, but may vary)
After Shipping, orders must follow the standard return process.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it right away! However, please note, all cases are reviewed individually and subject to fair use.
Please email us with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue. If confirmed,
we’ll offer a replacement or full refund immediately. No return required in most cases

- Mystery Boxes are final sale items
- Not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless an item is confirmed faulty
How to Return an Item
- Submit a request via our Returns & Exchanges form:
Exchange and Return Form - Send your item back (customer covers return shipping).
- Please reach out to contact@hellopeachiee.com for the Return Portal information.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange
- Returns are processed within 4 business days of receiving your item
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete
