Returns & Refunds
So, this page may seem a little out of place, the legal team (i.e., our basic knowledge from Suits) says we aren’t allowed to write the returns or refunds in a fun or cute way (rude! Let me express myself). Please read below for all return, refund, cancellation and replacement info.

- If you are not satisfied with your delivery you can apply for a replacement product or refund from Hello Peachiee within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- If the product is damaged or faulty, email us on the above address and we’ll organise a replacement or refund immediately.
- Returned products must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- For damaged or faulty products we will ask you to provide us with some photographs of the product for review.
- If you were sent the wrong item from us by mistake, please email us and we will organise a replacement item immediately.
- Once a refund has been processed you will receive an Email confirmation from us. At that time we will have completed the process from our end. It may take several business days for the funds to return to your bank account.
Change of Mind, Changes to Orders & Last Minute Cancellations:
DAMAGED, MISSING OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:
These are assessed case by case, we will ask you for some photographs of the product and a brief description of the fault. If a product can be identified as faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately and will not require you to send the product back to us. This policy is subject to fair use. We aim to process all returns within 4 business days of receiving your items. We’ll contact you via email to confirm the details of your processed return.
