Hello Peachiee is an underwear subscription service. We'll deliver new styles of cute underwear each month, based upon your preferences. If you order more than one, they'll all be different styles! 

Our single pair subscription is $13 per month and our double pair is $21 per month. This includes GST and an awkward smile from the postman.

Shipping is $3 

Every month you will receive 1-2 pairs of underwear that are selected based on your style preferences. Every month we have 4-5 different designs (usually half thong-designs and half-fully covered and bikini designs) and we select 1-2 of these designs based on your style selection at checkout. 

Yes, if you order before the 14th you will receive that month and if you order after the 14th you will receive the following month. You can always message or email us at contact@hellopeachiee.com to see if we have any available of that particular month if you order after the cut-off date.

We renew your subscription on the 25th of every month. This means we'll take payment from your bank on this date (or the next business day). 

We ship your orders on the 14th of each month or the next business day. 

Yes you can! If you log into your account and select "Skip" or "Cancel" any time you like. If you need help with this, send us a message via our Contact page.

If you haven't registered yet, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Subscription that way.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link, which is normally sent with your Subscription Confirmation Email and your monthly Upcoming Order email.

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address.
Please Note: Your billing address and shipping address are not the same thing, and need to be updated separately.

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
To skip a delivery, you can select "Skip" next to the delivery you would like to skip.
Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you can select "Unskip" next to the order you would like to unskip.

Once logged in, select Subscriptions and Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, and does not update billing information related to the method of payment. 

There are sometimes issues with this function, please email us if you are unsure if your address has been updated correctly or not.

Once logged in, select Subscriptions tab to view your current subscription details. On the far right, select Swap and select the replacement product.

We do our very best to ensure our sizing is consistent and exactly what you expect, but if sizing isnt quite right, please send us an email and we can arrange to send a different size or refund you. Just send us a message via our Contact page. 

Having some cute underwear is a good start, but we cant make any promises.
