Normally I have enjoyed my orders from you however my last order was an absolute disaster. First, I believe i had cancelled my subscription, turns out I had only paused (my bad) but I did communicate to the team that if the order was going to go through it would need to be sent to my new address in a different city to my last address. The order was then sent to the wrong address despite the communication for an updated delivery. Bless the staff member who helped to organise a replacement to be sent to my new address, really appreciated it. However, when the replacement arrived it was the wrong sizes (10, 12, 16). Normally I would order the 12 but the 12 that came was a style I already had and found uncomfortable. So this was a really disappointing order to have received as my last. I hope that you, as a company, can learn from this. Thanks for all the previous undies though ^_^

I’ve been getting the subscription for a number of months and love it. It’s exciting opening each parcel to see what you get. Always a great comfy fit. I was getting 4 pair per month and have filled my drawer now so have amended my subscription for my teen daughter, who now loves them too!

These are such gorgeous underwear. I’ve been trying to get my confidence back and these underwear have done the trick. Never have I worn a comfortable g-string until I met Hellopeachie. I’m actually covered and comfortable whilst being able to feel my curves. Love love love my cute collection.

Just got my first pair plus the free gift and they are fantastic! sizing is perfect, such cute designs and it’s super easy to choose preferences in the subscription too. Would 100% recommend!!

Unfortunately the undies do not fit very well. I was a bit disappointed by the way they fit around the legs very firmly with no stretch while the rest of the undie fabric is the opposite and very stretchy. They sit strangely and are uncomfortable. All undies from this brand are unwearable and I have sadly had to throw them out. The little bralettes are cute but smaller than expected

Unlike previous orders, the two pieces I received this month looked daggy, cheap & anything but cute or sexy.

Very cute undies, every time! Loved getting packages for the last six months. Received a good selection of colours and styles. Customer service is OUSTANDING, as I've had to do some size and style exchanges (ordered sets) and they've been fantastic. Only downside is that while most of the undies have been great, I've had 2/10 get holes in them after 1 wear or wash (in delicates bag) which was disappointing. But other than that great 🤍

Great fit, nice high leg , wide enough though the thong to cover necessities , smooth on squashy bits , no visible lines AND I feel sexy .

I'm very much a material kind of person so most days f the cotten blends age been really nice there are seams and waistbands in nylon pairs that I love lthe most but I'm very pleased
