Returns & Refunds

I love getting my monthly undies from Hello Peachiee! Such unique designs that can go from fun and cute to sexy and elegant. Material is ALWAYS soft and comfy. Undies are true to size. With the variety you get, you really get to know your preferences from the material to the style and cuts.
If you don't like a particular design that month, their customer service makes it so easy to swap it out for something else you do like. Even returns (must be unworn) and refunds are easy. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! I cannot express how much they actually listen and care for their customers.
Cheap and weird sizing
So so cute! I love hello peachie underwear I’ve been replacing all of my old ones with these cute ones and they are Devine! The most comfortable ever and the softest material of high quality!

The styles are so cute, and I love having a different range. But theres always lose threads, and the stitches are not the neatest. I would also love to see more fabric choices that are cotton.

Very pretty and very comfy
As a man who loves wearing girls panties I find the ones from hello peachiee to be extremely well made and very comfortable and they look extremely sexy and I love being able to have a subscription service for getting new panties always in exciting new designs every month.

Only three pairs arrived other than that quite comfortable
Sometimes you get a box full of just really beautiful pairs: cute frills and lace, stunning embroidered pieces, beautifully designed lace in lovely vivid colours. And then other times you get a box that’s pretty much just the kinda ones you can buy in a 4 pack at Big W.
HOWEVER!!!!! You can check what will be included in the box each month and have the option to skip so that’s really quite a good feature so you aren’t paying for underwear you don’t really want.
As far as sizing goes, if you’re familiar with bras and things underwear, go up a size from whatever you usually wear in those I reckon.
